Day 2

Bus tour of city and guided tour of Palacio Real.  Time to unwind from trip and enjoy a  delicious dinner before exploring the historic district in the warm evening.  The Plaza Mayor, Puerta Del Sol and Mercado de San Miquel are all within walking distance from your hotel.  Discover all the hidden treasures of the historic section of Madrid: tapas, cafés and great shops.

Day 3

Day trip to Toledo  Spend the day in the first Capital of Spain.  Take a walking tour of this city on a hill with an expert guide to share all the little stories of this medieval city. Experience the historic influence of the different ethnicities that lived in harmony here.   Tour the Cathedral, the most impressive in Spain, San Tomé Church experience the incredible works of El Greco up close.  Return late afternoon to Madrid.

Day 4

High Speed train to Seville (El Ave): High tech and impressive high speed train will make you feel you’re flying like a bird; ave in Spanish.  Departing mid-morning your group will have time for a leisurely breakfast and still be in Seville in time for a walk around your picturesque neighborhood before lunch.

Day 5 and 6

Seville  Have the time to get to know the city.  Guided tours of the Alcázar, Cathedral, The Flamenco Museum with a live performance.  Explore the Plaza de España, La Giralda, María Luisa Park and the Metropol Parasol.

Day 7 and 8

Cádiz.  The oldest continually inhabited settlement in all of Europe, since founded by the Phoenicians in 1100 BC,  is just 1.5 hours away from Seville.  Once you see it you will realize why people have always been attracted.  Almost totally surrounded by water the picturesque colorful streets, outdoor cafes and pristine beaches will make this a perfect location to relax for two days.  Guided tours of the Cathedral and La Casa del Obispo and the Castle of San Marcos. Optional guided bicycle tour of city available.

Day 9 and 10

Granada the resting place of Isabela and Ferdinand as well as the home of some of the most impressive Moorish architecture.  Guided tours to the Alhambra and Generalife,  Palacios Nazaríes,  and the Royal Chapel and Basilica San Juan de Dios.  Visit the famed cave dwellings of the gypsy neighborhood of Sacramonte and Albaycin.  Experience tapas, free with every beverage and authentic flamenco music.
